Flowtec Group seeks a Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center for Southern Europe. You will drive sales strategy across Spain, France and Italy, build strategic relationships with data center owners and operators, and promote advanced HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling solutions.

The role requires engineering/business background with 3+ years in data center sales, fluency in Spanish and English, willingness to travel across the region, and the autonomy to develop the business with

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales or business development in data centers.
• Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, or energy-efficient infra.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365) and SAP is advantageous.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French/Italian a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Spain, France and Italy.
• High degree of autonomy with regional business development responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Southern Europe Data Center market.
• Drive business development with data center owners, operators, and consultants.
• Build customer relationships and secure project specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.
• Identify new opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with local sales, engineering, and cross‑regional teams.
• Support regional service offerings and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at events and meetings across the region.
• Monitor market trends to identify future growth opportunities.
