Flowtec Group seeks a Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe) to drive growth across Spain, France, and Italy. You will develop sales strategies and build strategic relationships with data center owners, operators, and consultants, aligning HVAC and DLC solutions with market needs.

You will travel regularly across Southern Europe, collaborate with engineering teams, and help shape regional service offerings and pricing, contributing to the expansion of Flowtec

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
• Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems, or energy-efficient infrastructure is a must.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills (French and/or Italian) are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Southern Europe Data Center market.
• Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
• Support regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with European Data Center business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
