Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the Data Center sector in Southern Europe. You will drive the sales strategy across Spain, France, and Italy, building strategic customer relationships and shaping HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling solutions for mission-critical projects.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 3+ years in data center sales or business development, with strong stakeholder management, CRM and SAP exposure, and
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
- Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Southern Europe Data Center market.
- Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Build relationships and secure project specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
- Collaborate with local sales companies, engineering teams, and project managers across Europe.
- Support regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with the European Data Center business.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings across the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
