Job summary

GoMining is expanding its regional partnerships across crypto, iGaming, and fintech. As a Business Development professional, you will hunt and sign affiliates and partners with large regional networks.

You’ll attend conferences, negotiate terms with founders and senior management, and manage end-to-end partnership implementations. You’ll report on pipeline and revenue growth, with an uncapped bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
• Own regional network of affiliates, networks, operators, media.
• Track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
• Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across your region.
• A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money.

Responsibilities

• Hunting: map and sign partners with large reach in crypto, iGaming, brokers, fintech and media.
• Closing: own deals end to end from first contact to onboarding and first sales.
• Growing: increase partner volume with new formats and offers, keep CRM updated, report weekly.
