Job summary

GoMining seeks a senior leader to own Mining as a business unit, shaping the economics, strategy, and product roadmap. You’ll manage a small engineering team, partner with legal, finance, and compliance, and report to the founder. The role focuses on revenue, LTV, and user growth while aligning with the broader ecosystem.

You’ll drive data-led decisions, define success metrics, and collaborate with marketing for GTM launches across an international team. Crypto experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience as a CPO/Head of Product or founding product lead.
• Proven track record of growing revenue, LTV and users.
• Strong grasp of unit economics and monetisation models.
• Hands-on product analytics: funnels, cohorts, A/B tests, SQL/BI.

Responsibilities

• Own Mining's economics and strategy for the Mining domain.
• Define and own the Mining roadmap and priorities.
• Lead a small engineering team and coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance.
• Drive go-to-market and ensure delivery end-to-end.
