Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay invites a Quality trainee to support the Quality Manager in daily operations and to help ensure teams follow health and safety regulations. You will collaborate across departments to exceed guest expectations and contribute to Nobu policies and procedures.

Program length is 6 to 8 months, starting March 2027. Includes free accommodation, free meals during shifts, and an internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. Based in Ibiza.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management or related degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; hospitality experience desirable.
• Passion for delivering guest service and strong communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

About The Role

The Quality trainee will provide support to the Quality Manager in the daily operations of their area to ensure all teams follow health and safety regulations, implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay policies and procedures.

The Quality trainee will provide support to the Quality Manager in the daily operations of their area to ensure all teams follow health and safety regulations, implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay policies and procedures.
You will have a full understanding of how to manage a Quality area by working with all teams in the area. You will have a direct impact to the operational team’s motivation and actions reporting directly to Quality Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments of the hotel to exceed guest expectations.

• Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable, with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
