Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is looking for a Quality trainee to support the Quality Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring health and safety compliance and driving quality actions across teams. You will collaborate with all hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction and develop Nobu policies.

The program runs for 6 to 8 months, starts March 2027, and includes accommodation in a shared room, meals during shifts, and an internship allowance of 500€ gross per month.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management studies (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable, with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Quality Manager in daily operations to ensure health and safety regulations are followed and quality management actions are implemented.
• Work with all hotel teams to manage the Quality area and report to the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with different hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality trainee will provide support to the Quality Manager in the daily operations of their area to ensure all teams follow health and safety regulations, implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay policies and procedures.

You will have a full understanding of how to manage a Quality area by working with all teams in the area. You will have a direct impact to the operational team’s motivation and actions reporting directly to Quality Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments of the hotel to exceed guest expectations.

Program length: 6 to 8 months

Starting date: March 2027
