Formación

• Experience in operations, property management, maintenance, construction, or hospitality.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience in residents' homes.
• Manage and resolve daily incidents reported by members.
• Analyze operational KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Monitor and optimize operational expenses.
• Prepare actionable operational and financial reports.
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning operations.
• Facilitate smooth handovers between construction and operations.
• Identify and streamline operational inefficiencies.
