Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to lead day-to-day asset management and tenancy activities in Málaga. You will drive resident satisfaction, coordinate leasing activities, and ensure accurate financials and audits across the asset team.

You will oversee maintenance, vendor management, and make-ready work while safeguarding NOI and compliance with local regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of LAU and regulatory framework is required.
• Ability to read asset-level P&L and manage budgets.
• Experience coordinating move-in/out, tenancy and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of asset end to end.
• Manage move-in/out and tenancy processes and audits.
• Ensure accurate asset information in PMS and records.
• Lead resident experience initiatives and events.
• Coordinate leasing with pricing and renewal strategy.
• Supervise maintenance, vendor onboarding and make-ready work.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, incidents and service levels.
