Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Operations leader in Málaga, Spain. You will run autonomous business units, taking accountability for day-to-day operations, team management, and resources to achieve budgeted goals and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The annual base salary starts from €27,000 depending on experience, with potential on-site bonuses. The role requires knowledge of LAU, asset-level P&L, leasing, maintenance coordination, and a strong focus on minimizing vacancies while

Qualifications

• Good level of general education and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software and LAU knowledge.
• Understanding asset-level P&L management and lease administration.
• Strong commercial skills in leasing and renewals, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing resident complaints and online reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the asset to meet financial and operational goals.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and tenancy management.
• Resolve complex operational, technical or resident issues.
• Maintain accurate asset information in PMS and internal documentation.
• Drive KPI outcomes: occupancy, revenue, service levels and incidents.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Marketing and Finance on renewals, budgeting and listings.
