We're on the hunt for a Property Manager Specialist who will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our homes, improving operational performance, and ensuring our members enjoy an outstanding living experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Customer Happiness Champion: Ensure each of our members enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience in their home because happy homes create happy people.
• Incident Commander: Work hand in hand with our Community team to manage, prioritize, and resolve daily incidents reported by members, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
• Data Whisperer: Analyze operational KPIs such as incidents, CSAT, energy consumption, maintenance performance, and operational costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Cost Ninja: Monitor operational expenses and develop creative, data-driven initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining Cohabs’ quality standards.
• Reporting Guru: Prepare and present clear, actionable operational, energy, and financial reports that support decision-making and drive performance.
• Asset Guardian: Oversee maintenance and cleaning operations to preserve the value, quality, safety, and functionality of our homes.
• Bridge Builder: Act as the link between Construction and Operations teams, ensuring smooth handovers of newly completed homes and readiness for member move-ins.
• Continuous Improver: Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement solutions that enhance both team performance and member satisfaction.
