Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Operations role in Spain to manage autonomous business units, taking accountability for daily operations, staffing, and resources to achieve budgeted goals. You will drive resident satisfaction and oversee leases, renewals, and maintenance while coordinating with central teams.

The role focuses on optimizing occupancy, revenue, service levels and incident management, with a base salary of up to €27,000 and potential on-site bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Good level of general education and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software.
• Understanding of LAU (Spanish Urban Leasing Act) and asset-level P&L management.
• Strong commercial skills in leasing and renewals and ability to manage resident complaints and online reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations end-to-end and ensure proper functioning of facilities and services.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and tenancy management processes.
• Manage and resolve complex operational, technical, or resident-related issues.
• Conduct asset audits/inspections and maintain accurate lease/rent data.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgets and NOI targets.
• Organise resident events to strengthen community and asset reputation.
