Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Operations Manager in the Basque region to lead the day-to-day asset functions, drive occupancy and revenue performance, and ensure top-tier resident experiences. You will supervise teams, coordinate with Finance and Asset Management, and uphold regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes tenancy management, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvements to optimize NOI and service levels across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in real estate, property management, or business.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of LAU and mandatory inspections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and NOI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations end to end for the asset.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and tenancy management processes.
• Resolve complex operational, technical or resident issues.
• Conduct asset audits and consolidate audit results.
• Keep leases, rents, and unit status up-to-date in the PMS.
• Drive resident satisfaction and protect asset reputation.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgeting and NOI targets.
