Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the asset end-to-end.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and tenancy management processes.
• Resolves complex or escalated operational or resident-related issues.
• Conduct monthly and periodic asset audits and consolidate results.
• Ensure leases, rents and unit statuses are up-to-date in PMS and internal records.
• Manage resident relations to protect asset reputation and satisfaction.
