Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Operations lead responsible for end-to-end asset operations, tenancy management, and resident experience. You will drive daily activities, ensure proper functioning of facilities, and coordinate with Leasing, Marketing and Finance to meet occupancy and NOI targets.

You will oversee audits, maintain accurate asset data, and lead a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Good level of general education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency with property management software (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations end to end for the asset.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and tenancy management processes.
• Manage resident experience and handle sensitive complaints.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Marketing and Finance on occupancy, pricing and renewals.
