Job summary

aparto is seeking a General Manager for a property in Spain, leading a team to deliver a safe, welcoming and high-performing community. You will drive operational and financial performance, resident experience, and compliance while delivering the property's Business Plan.

You will oversee reception, maintenance, leasing and customer service, coordinating with central functions to improve performance and ensure audits and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a property or operation within service-led environments.
• Strong operational leadership with responsibility for multiple service areas.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with budgets, costs and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive property performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and KPIs.
• Oversee leasing, revenue targets and cost control.
• Develop and manage resident experience and community engagement.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews for the team.
