Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a market research recruitment team. You will recruit doctors, build a trusted panel, and engage participants to ensure timely questionnaire completion across studies.

You will maintain updated healthcare professional records, handle queries, and support translations or documentation as needed, contributing to a diverse, dynamic, and committed team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
