Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors, engaging them to participate in market research studies and completing questionnaires.

You will foster trust with participants and assist with queries, keeping records updated and ensuring smooth recruitment processes. The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to work across teams in a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical abilities.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Willingness to handle documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates using different communication channels and arguments.
