IQVIA, Madrid Production Hub, is seeking a dedicated French-native speaker to recruit doctors for market research panels. Your role includes building trust, inviting participation, and maintaining updated records while supporting queries from healthcare professionals.

You will engage with doctors via calls and email, coordinating follow-ups to maximize participation and ensure smooth panel operations in a diverse, multinational environment.

Competenze

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks could include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
