Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an enthusiastic French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will build a panel of doctors for market research studies, inviting participation and maintaining relationships through follow-ups and queries.

The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive engagement with healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates bring strong English, organizational skills, and experience in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
