IQVIA is looking for a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors for market research studies and build a stable panel of healthcare professionals. You will engage participants, encourage questionnaire completion, and maintain up-to-date records, ensuring smooth follow-up.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a native French speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
