IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your main focus will be to recruit doctors into a panel and engage them to participate regularly in our market research studies.

You will establish a trustful relationship with participants during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaire status. You will maintain healthcare professional information up to date and assist them with queries.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional telephone/email communication skills.
• Analytical skills for data and recruitment processes.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; engage doctors in the panel.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple communication channels and persuasive arguments.
