Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting French-speaking professionals to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at the Madrid Production Hub. You will engage participants, invite doctors to studies, and sustain regular communication to monitor questionnaire completion.

The ideal candidate has native French, strong English, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior multinational experience is a plus, with potential translation tasks and documentation duties as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst assigned doctors using different channels and arguments.
