Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors, invite them to market research studies, and follow up to maximize participation.

The role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals and managing inquiries in a dynamic, diverse team. Ideal candidates bring fluent French, good English, strong attention to detail, and professional communication skills.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills essential for market research engagement.
Experience in multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among your pool of doctors using multiple communication channels.
