Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies and build a trusted panel, engaging participants to complete questionnaires and stay connected with the studies.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage follow-ups across channels. You will work with a diverse, multinational team, supporting documentation, translations, and enquiries as needed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different channels and arguments.
