Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors into a market research panel. You will build trust with participants and maintain updated records while assisting with queries. The role emphasizes engagement and clear communication.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to maximize participation, and support documentation and translations as needed in a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker
• Good working knowledge of English
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Translations and documentation tasks may be required

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using multiple communication channels
