Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. You will be the main point of contact for international clients, delivering professional support via phone, email, and live chat.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in customer support are essential. A valid EU passport is mandatory, and we offer relocation assistance, training, health insurance, and a monthly bonus in Sofia.

Responsabilités
