Ria Money Transfer is hiring a Helpdesk Technician to join the Technical Support team in Spain. You will deliver high-quality Level 1 IT support in Portuguese and Spanish, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and handling user inquiries about web tools and platforms.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese and Spanish or English, prior helpdesk or IT support experience, and basic IT systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and Spanish or English.
• Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems including browsers, email, and web tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support in Portuguese/Spanish via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms.
