CB Talents SP invites you to join an international Customer Support team supporting a leading digital entertainment platform, with the vibe of Lisbon and accommodation options for eligible candidates.

You will handle account and billing inquiries, troubleshoot, explain products, and deliver empathetic service. Fluency in Castilian Spanish and English B1+ are required, plus flexibility for 24/7 shifts; residence in mainland Portugal.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish.
• English B1 or higher.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must reside in mainland Portugal.
