Responsibilities include providing first and second line IT support, managing hardware and software issues, and collaborating with a European IT team. Formación

• 1+ years of experience in IT support.
• Experience in configuring PC and laptops.
• Familiar with Active Directory and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily IT operations in Madrid office.
• Resolve IT tickets and take ownership of the site.
• Work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
