Job summary

Hanshow Spain S.L. in Madrid is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support across implementation, deployment, and production.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ESL-related issues while configuring systems and templates. Requirements include a CS/IT/telecom degree and 3+ years in technical support, with strong Linux/Windows, networking, MySQL, and Java knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems, networking, MySQL databases, and Java or Java-like languages
• Experience with software deployment, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting
• Excellent command of Spanish, Portuguese, and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• Willingness to travel when required

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support throughout implementation, deployment, and production
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Deploy, configure, and maintain software, Linux/Windows systems, network equipment, and ESL devices
• Develop and configure ESL display templates according to customer requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Delivery, R&D, and cross-functional teams to support project implementation and customer success
• Deliver technical training, documentation, and on-site support when required
• Travel to customer sites when necessary
