Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our teams in Spain. You will assist customers with cloud-based technologies and productivity tools, delivering clear guidance in English plus one of Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese.

The role is full-time, with on-site options in Galicia or remote work from mainland Spain, offering a base salary plus bonuses and a strong focus on work-life balance. Comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English (C1) with knowledge of at least one of Italian, Polish, Spanish or Portuguese (C1).
• IT background in cloud technologies, productivity software (Office suite, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint) or Windows OS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving in technical or customer service settings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional support.
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
