Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join the Technical Support team in Madrid. You will provide Level 1 IT support in Portuguese and Spanish via phone and email, and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues to resolve user inquiries quickly.

You will handle web tools questions with a focus on delivering professional, empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth in IT support.

Formación

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and Spanish or English is required.
• Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service is expected.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, including browsers, email clients, and web-based tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.

About This Role

As a Helpdesk Technician, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues.
