Concentrix in Barcelona (on-site) is seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks Portuguese with English proficiency. You will handle calls via CRM, create quotations and orders in SAP, and provide first-line technical assistance to customers.

The role offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week) with a permanent contract, a clear path for development, and training to get you up to speed on our products and services in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Portuguese language proficiency and English fluency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to stay in project for at least 2 years and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers.
• Offer basic product advice to meet customer needs.
• Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify requirements.
