Qualifications

• Interest in technical field and willingness to stay on project for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers.
• Offer basic product advice to meet customer needs.
• Provide first level technical assistance to identify requirements.
