Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Slovak and Czech with advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers.
• Offer basic product advice to customer needs.
• Provide first level technical assistance to identify requirements for products and services.
