Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales targeting SMBs.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle and hit quotas.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & strategy to identify potential clients in designated markets.
• Client acquisition and collaboration with Sales Specialists to convert leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to meet targets and KPIs.
• Monitor pipelines via CRM to provide accurate forecasting.
