CB Talents SP in Madrid is hiring Account Executives to join an international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and drive business growth within the Polish market.

This role offers structured training, career progression, and an uncapped commission structure. A hybrid working model and a permanent contract are provided.

Formación

• Polish and English communication skills required.
• Must currently reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years of sales or commercial experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling and working towards sales targets.
• Results-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
