Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Pharma Sales Representative to cover the Coruña & Lugo territory, maximizing distribution, assortment, and sell-in/sell-out. You will visit pharmacies, manage stocks, and drive sales growth while building strong relationships with customers.

The role requires a university degree, at least 2 years of sales experience in consumer healthcare, and solid knowledge of the local market. English at a mid level is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree required as listed in the job posting.
• English at mid level.
• Local Market Knowledge for Coruña y Lugo.
• +2 years of Sales Experience preferably in Consumer Healthcare (Pharmacy).
• Selling skills: Sales Planning and Territory Management, Selling and Negotiation, Relationships Management, Merchandising and Category Development, Finance and resource management.
• Team working.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the individual sales targets within budget by maximizing sales fundamentals in the pharmacies in the territory with the adequate customers planning and territory management.
• Execute with excellence the Sales Call model to meet or exceed sales and market share targets within budgets.
• Visit pharmacies according to cycle plan, follow-up on stocks and orders.
• Maximize sales calls per day toward pharmacies according to sales strategy.
• Execute with excellence all elements of Sales Cycle to maximize sell out of HAELON brands in the territory.
• Analyse the sales and tracking in territory; provide timely and accurate reports to management; update and maintain sales tracking systems.
