Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Pharma Sales Representative to cover the Coruña & Lugo territory, driving distribution, assortment, sell-in and sell-out for its consumer health brands. You will visit pharmacies according to cycle plans, execute sales calls, manage stock and invoices, and provide training to staff to boost brand visibility and buy-in.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in Pharmacy or related field, have 2+ years in consumer healthcare sales, good English, and strong planning,

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Engineering or Sciences.
• English level: Mid.
• Local market knowledge: Coruña y Lugo.
• 2+ years of sales experience in Consumer Healthcare (Pharmacy).
• Strong selling skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets in the pharmacy territory by maximizing sales fundamentals (distribution, assortment, visibility, promotion, and recommendation).
• Execute with excellence the Sales Call model to meet or exceed sales and market share targets within budgets.
• Visit pharmacies according to cycle plan and follow-up on stocks and orders.
• Maximize sales calls per day toward pharmacies according to sales strategy.
• Perform all elements of the Sales Cycle to maximize sell-out of Haleon brands in the territory.
• Analyse territory sales and provide timely reports to management; maintain sales tracking systems.
