Haleon in the Guipúzcoa area is seeking a Pharma Sales Representative to represent Haleon in the North of Spain, maximizing distribution, assortment, and visibility of its brands.

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Engineering or Sciences.
• English Mid level.
• Local Market Knowledge (Guipúzcoa, Navarra y La Rioja).
• +2 years of Pharma Sales Experience preferably on Consumer Healthcare (Pharmacy).
• Selling skills: Sales Planning and Territory Management, Selling and Negotiation, Relationships Management, Merchandising and Category Development, Finance and resource management.
• Team working.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within budget by maximizing distribution, assortment, visibility and recommendations in pharmacies.
• Execute Sales Call model to meet or exceed sales and market share targets within budgets.
• Visit pharmacies according to cycle plan, follow-up on stocks and orders.
• Maximize sales calls per day toward pharmacies according to sales strategy.
• Provide timely, accurate reports and maintain sales tracking systems; address account discrepancies.
• Prepare and implement account development and territory business plans based on pharmacy performance.
• Foster business development with top pharmacies via effective assortment, visibility and recommendations.
• Improve customer satisfaction by training pharmacy staff and providing support.
