Haleon in Spain is seeking a Pharma Sales Representative to cover the Guipúzcoa area in the North of Spain, focusing on maximizing distribution, assortment, and sell-in across pharmacies. The role emphasizes execution of sales calls, territory planning, and reporting, with requirement of a university degree in Pharmacy or related field and at least 2 years in pharma sales.

Formación

• University degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Engineering or Sciences.
• English proficiency at mid level.
• Local market knowledge (Guipuzcoa, Navarra y La Rioja).
• 2+ years of Pharma Sales experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare.
• Selling, territory management, and negotiation skills.
• Team working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed annual sales targets in pharmacies within the territory.
• Execute the Sales Call model to achieve market share goals.
• Visit pharmacies according to cycle plan and manage stock/orders.
• Maximize daily sales calls and optimize visibility and promotions.
• Prepare account development and territory plans with annual contracts.
• Provide training to pharmacy staff and collect feedback.
• Monitor competitors and relay insights to marketing teams.
• Report sales performance and update tracking systems.
