JD Logistics is launching a small-goods fulfillment operation in the Madrid area. The role requires strategic leadership to manage a greenfield site, from layout to SOPs, ensuring compliance with local labor standards and a high-performance culture aligned with global objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead a Supervisors/Team Leaders/Operators team, drive high-velocity outbound dispatch, and maintain multi-million SKU accuracy while coordinating with global teams to deliver operational

Formación

• Experience leading large-scale fulfillment or distribution centers.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local regulations and labor standards in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Take operational ownership of a new small-goods fulfillment center in Madrid.
• Oversee end-to-end site blueprint: layout, inventory intake, and outbound dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and collective agreements.
• Standardize SOPs by adapting global frameworks to local needs.
• Build and organize the local team with supervision and operation roles.
• Serve as the link between Madrid facility and global HQ, overseeing KPIs and inventory accuracy.
