Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with advanced proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor in a call center.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent team management and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to implement and manage change.

Responsabilités

• Improve and monitor operational processes.
• Update and monitor internal regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor quality processes.
• Manage and supervise personnel.
• Optimize work processes and staff productivity.
• Collect metrics, analyze them and report to customers.
• Organize and optimize shifts.
• Provide regular coaching and refresher training for Team Leaders.
