Qualificações

• 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role

• Experience in operations and strategy building

• Experience maximising revenue through best practices
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Experience finding solutions as a manager

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data in CRM is up-to-date
• Remove roadblocks and help team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities
• Monitor team call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Analyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays
• Stay current on client services developments and market trends
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and external clients to foster relationships
• Work with client contact on reporting and forecasting
• Ensure team understands and achieves operating plan targets, CPTs
• Coordinate team incentives and sales performance funds
• Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations
