Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
• Strong focus on customer experience and driving team results.
• Experience in operations and strategy building.
• Excellent coaching history and ability to develop employees.
• Track record of maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and keep CRM data up-to-date.
• Remove obstacles to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor call time, productivity, and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays for markets.
• Stay updated on client services developments and market trends.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and client to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate on reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
• Align team to achieve operating, sales, and CPT targets.
• Coordinate incentives and partner with stakeholders to meet client expectations.
