Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking an Operations Manager (Spanish speaking) to coach and supervise Team Leaders, ensuring service level agreements and financial targets are met.

This onsite role offers a central Barcelona location and a strong track record in delivering high-quality customer operations. Key duties include optimizing operational processes, coordinating shifts, and driving team performance through coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and have an advanced level of English.
• Experience in a call center environment with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills; strong team management and communication abilities.

• Improve and monitor operational processes; organize and optimize shifts.
• Monitor quality processes and collect/ report metrics to customers.

What you will do in this role

• Improve and monitor operational processes
• Carry out the necessary steps, updating/monitoring of internal regulations
• Participate, coordinate and monitor quality processes
• Manage and supervise personnel
• Optimate work processes and staff productivity
• Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customers
• Organize and optimize shifts
• Conduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day work

• Possess previous experience working within a call center environment with a min of 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor.
• Have excellent organizing and leadership skills
