Overview

A Customer Service Representative role in Barcelona to support customers via phone, email and other channels. Join Concentrix to provide high‑quality service and contribute to client success.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, pager and other automated alerts) and resolve user demands.
• Log call details onto call‑management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise related to applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues to Mentor as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual or proficient in English.
• Working knowledge of IT platform, equipment and applications: Windows, MS Office, internet configuration.
• Positive disposition and customer‑service mindset.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customers' needs.
• Ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution or escalation as appropriate.

Benefits

• Full‑time 39 hours/week: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–17:00.
• Salary 19,623.94 euros gross/year + up to 1,200 euros gross/year in bonus.
