Exoticca, Barcelona-based travel company, seeks an enthusiastic University student to support the People team in operational HR tasks. You will handle document management, onboarding, and data updates while assisting with contracts and general HR logistics.

The role offers a practical learning experience in a high-growth, multicultural environment. Flexible schedule to fit academic needs; monthly stipend provided.

Formación

• University student qualified to sign an internship convenio (prácticas).
• Organized profile with high attention to detail.
• Fluent level of Spanish and intermediate level of English.
• Proactive attitude with discretion in handling sensitive data and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Document management: organize, file, and digitize employee records.
• Onboarding: assist with arrival of new team members and welcome materials.
• Data updates: maintain employee database and ensure information is up to date.
• Administrative follow-up: manage contract signatures and employment documents.
• General support: assist HR team with office tasks and logistics.
