The Social Hub in Barcelona is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator Intern to support driving commercial results and coordinate the Meeting & Event bookings for our Barcelona location.

You’ll sell meeting rooms, hotel rooms, and restaurant events, delivering an exceptional guest experience and helping to grow revenue across all streams. You’ll also assist with admin, host meetings, and support local commercial strategy.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
• Enrolled in university for entire duration of internship.
• Sales oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with answering questions and making bookings for Commercial Partnerships.
• Help develop customer accounts to drive business to Barcelona properties.
• Host meetings with banqueting department and manage follow-up to secure repeat business.
• Support invoicing and statistics reporting for commercial teams.
